Drudge Report is probably best known for taking the early 1990s website aesthetic and smashing it together with the production quality of television’s COPS. On their front page is an image of a lot of missiles shooting all over the place with the headline “IRAN RATTLES.” The “missiles” are clearly one missile photoshopped a bunch of times and copied and pasted on an image by the spasming hand of a graphic designer who hasn’t slept for weeks and was given 1,000 cups of coffee. There’s also a special, not well-liked (by people older than 25) fictional character in the plumes of smoke and dust.

That’s right. “News” site Drudge is running Star Wars prequel character Jar Jar Binks on their very serious, potentially war creating Iran foreign policy post.

Molly say:
So keep fightin' for freedom and justice, beloveds, but don't you forget to have fun doin' it. Lord, let your laughter ring forth. Be outrageous, ridicule the fraidy-cats, rejoice in all the oddities that freedom can produce. And when you get through kickin' ass and celebratin' the sheer joy of a good fight, be sure to tell those who come after how much fun it was.
