I have a major confession, I was at Costco, and they have Pork Loin for $3.95 a pound, I bought a $20 pack, and cut into thirds. This is really good tasty stuff; (Now I suppose there will some link to someone doing something stupid), but for now the pork loin is as cheap as the chicken breast, and only little more 'pricy' than thighs (Sorry Angua, those chicken thighs of yours in the photo just make me drool, LMAO ). But my pork loin is all meat.


So we are having steamed Pork Marinated for two days with Chai Tea, Chocolate, and Rum, Seared on the cast iron skillet, steamed in metal steamer basket, with dried apple slices and frozen berries on top, and a German Deli Mustard as cement.

The rice is Brown rice, white Rice, Lentils and dried Crimini Mushrooms, two cups of Dry, to Three of liquid, and I use the chicken stock and what ever 'spice is handy and smells best at the time'. I use an auto-rice cooker, and I love it.
