You are also not going to see any change, as both side of US politics are doing very well, financially, out of the current staus quo, and to hell with the voters. and the rest of the unwashed rabble.- Tracyanne
Oh believe me, some of us knew that some time ago, it was actually before the big S.C.o.t.U.S. decision that 'money equals free speech'. We knew that it was going to get much worse, before it could get better. I won't even try to pretend it was any researching on my part. I was listening to everyone, and was noticing some folks had it much closer to the truth, that others. It didn't take long to figure out why.

You do have to understand that your sorta preaching to the choir here. I agree that we are not going to see any changes soon, because the other side (the money) pretty much 'owns it all', so direct action is not so great; on other and sometime you have to make a small mess (and then clean it up) to make a point. Linda P.B. Katehi   (yup, that one),

I don't think one custodian, working in the dorms is going to be any threat to her, and it's people like her who make changes, that impact others in a far more significant way than someone who simply asking for enough money to feed their family's (Not me, my workers).

When was the last time Obama, or the Dems in general made any move to change the current system?-Tracyanne.

And you would think they would catch on no?! NO!? The rethuglicans were doing this when Regan and Bush where in power, the Dipocrats did it when they had the reigns. The only way I can see us breaking the chains, is do what happened three or four other times in the "History of the U.S. Political Elections".

I have been doing my best to vote anyone but Dipocrimps or Rupuglican. And I tell people, we all have to vote some one else. Because if we all vote someone else other then them, they will get the message real quick. I think the threshold limit is like if neither side gets more then 49% or something silly. I don't recall the exact tigger, I will look later.
