Well Mac, perhaps it's me that's naïve.
I've seen them get caught so often, I wonder:
- why would they think they could get away with it? -

BUT:

Evidently they think they can.
So whereas, 100% of the ones caught get caught (that's the picture I see);
the other 1,800% or whatever it is, that do NOT get caught might help explain the risk-taking.

I couldn't be bothered.
I don't see any pay-off in lying that justifies it.
