No doubt.

Whatever the reasons (nature, culture, etc.), whites are generally better than blacks when it comes to performing tasks that require a high level of intelligence. Whites also (on average) have considerably higher IQ scores.

Culpepper's nowhere near as good a quarterback as Manning.

I agree.

McNabb is a fine quarterback. However, I don't believe he's as good as the best white quarterbacks in the NFL. I think the reason is that he's not as intelligent and savvy as players such as Manning and Brady.

Black quarterbacks just don't seem to have the "it" quality that made players like Montana, Marino, Elway, Aikman, Kelly, Simms and Young so great. Those quarterbacks had a very deep understanding of the game that black quarterbacks through the years simply haven't displayed.

Steve Young could run with anyone back in his day, but he also held the NFL single season QB rating record for 10 years and threw six touchdown passes in Super Bowl XXIX. He won with his mind and arm, not his legs.

Getting back to the two quarterbacks...

As for Leinart, I think he's the better pure passer and seems more intelligent in how handles himself on the field and in interviews. I also think he's more accustomed to handling pressure and high expectations, which will serve him well as one of the top picks in the draft.

As for Young, I don't believe he has the passing skills to be an elite NFL quarterback. He's also not gonna run all over the place in the NFL like he did in the Rose Bowl. He's gonna have to stay in the pocket, read defenses, and make sound decisions.
