Hubby & I aren't big fans of Elvis, but on our last vacation we went to Graceland. Was about 90F, but it didn't seem hot. In NJ where we live 90F is hot because of the humidity. South seems a lot less cool at 90F!

The house seems small when you first go through it. Pictures don't do it justice...its something you have to see in person to take in all the cheesy colors & decorating he did. The upstairs of the house is closed as family members still use the house (Elvis maybe)?

In the back yard there is a large area for horses. Also, Elvis had several small buildings made...one was an office. One was a recreation area/gym (that Priscilla turned into a shrine for all his records & awards). There was another, but I don't remember.

The thing that surprised me were all the people just STANDING at his grave. There were flowers, toys, stuffed animals left there for him. Seemed odd to me...
