Please don't call me an "Elizabethian" I only did that once and I needed a ride real bad.

No, he didn't. (link) bla bla"

So what? I can post 100 links stating the story is true. That link means nothing.

"But Mac you better tell everyone what your idea of "God" is,...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why had I better do that? I'm an atheist and would no more present my idea of God than I would my idea of Peter Pan. All I'd better do is examine the descriptions I've so far been given, none of which are even marginally logical except possibly a distant, uninvolved creator deity, in which case it's merely irrelevant"

__________

Thank you, your idea of "god" all or any of them, is "uninvolved creator deity."
was that hard?

So what is everything and where did it come from? Big Bang? Where did big bang come from, what was before that, anything?

"When you hear anyone saying that in here, you'll have to line up for your turn at a rebuttal, Kevin. That's complete nonsense and not even worth going into. What you're proposing is the God of the Gaps, which makes about as much sense as proposing an Blue Fairy of the Gaps.

Believe what you want to believe. But don't expect to make a logical case for it, because so far there is none. And believe me, it's not for lack of trying."

Do you know some being, in the likness of man, and in all good possibility, a man, calling himself "god" was walking around doing bic lighter tricks for the people who then wrote about it, if you read some if it you would know that. Therefore THAT "god" is one definition of "God" whether immortal or not. To say THAT particular "god" never existed either is to help cover up something mysterious, you might as well say the authors never existed either, or Alexander the Great never existed.

don't tell me there is no logical case for stating that someone was running around spooking the people. something still is, or have I no logical case to make that statement either? Or does the concept of god not exist either?

I may be wasting my time trying to uncover truth here.
It's like saying the bible and religion doesn't exist.

As for the "creator god" The universal mind, the great spirit, oh yeah, I believe. It is a proven fact that none of any of this vast existance could occur by accident. Not just the trillions of combonations that have to work together for any of it to be, but the combonation of that fact and the fact that it would all also have to come (all by itself) out of (nothingness) big bang that.

I believe most "Athiests" are really satanists. But lying is an art well practiced by same.

I've no need to read the rest of the "debates"
