"When you make claims in an argument, it helps greatly if you distinguish what is scientifically proven and what is an opinion you thought up yesterday. The fact that you present the latter as the former means that it's hard to trust anything you write"

Understood, and thanks, but in my opinion (IMO) every debater uses his/her own opinions even when they are plagiarized from texts, writings or studies done by any other interested party portraying personal opinions.

You can take it as gospel that when I post anything about anything it is a conglomeration, or collection of things I have discussed, read, or decided on my own as the personal truth of what I am saying.

(IMO)

IMO gets tiresome to keep typing, and my mind slips now, and again concerning the written form (IMO), and you would be (IMO) also considered a lyre if you insists that what you write is more than YO!

Unless of course you reference your writings, and reproduce the opinions of some other writer, group of writers, or some study …. word for word.

I consider that form of debating, as hearsay, and not worthy of consideration, as YOUR true opinion, and only portrays where you reach some unexpressed opinion!
Of course that is only MO.

To my knowledge, or IMO…There are only three religions that do what is suggested as rulers of nations….Israeli, Moslems and Christian. They do try to influence science (IMO), by controlling the masses.

The influence of the master Church of England, dominated by Christianity, has lead the way in the US of A! MO!

Today! Other religions are tolerated by the invention of separation of Church and State!
Not always the case! (IMO)

Again (IMO) Is it a good thing, or a bad thing to make laws outlawing all religions, as each still preach that their religion is the only true religion, as suggested by Dearprewdence with
“if laws have to be made to keep religion out of the areas of learning, then thats what has to be done”?
What would be an appropriate penalty to enforce banning religions of any, or all nature?

Civil war would result! (IMO)….and this is clearly NOT a penalty... MO! druid!

(The thread has definitely left the original, or intended path, and now is open to any form of discussion.) (IMO)
