The Triplets recommended you contact the United Way, and that's a good suggestion. Local churches will often help families in need too. And you really should contact Social Services if things are as bad as you say and you can't afford groceries or utilities. There's help out there if you look and really need it, and you obviously have access to the internet so it shouldn't be too hard to find.
