Question:
What about Rastafarians? They claim it's their religious right to smoke ganja (marijuana). Should this be allowed in the U.S. on 1st Amendment (freedom of religion) grounds?

If so, how about a new religion that says you should stay high on heroin all the time?

Should the State (government) impose a "sincerity" test?
Wouldn't heroin addicts pass such a test?
