			<description><![CDATA[ I emptied my freezer of all the unidentified bits of seafood last night, poached it lightly in white wine then baked it in cheese sauce topped with mashed
potato. Among the more readily identifiable bits were trout, smoked haddock and a collation of chopped squid, mussels and prawns.
